Sandy Tungare, Founder and CEO. Sandy is the driving force behind Vistaar's solution, values and culture. He is an acknowledged expert in sales and marketing areas such as product forecasting, category management, portfolio planning, pricing, and promotions. Vistaar is the result of his vision for powerful and yet easy-to-use analytical software that sales and marketing decision makers can use to dramatically improve business performance.

Sandy has a track record of success. He founded Think Systems in 1986, building it to a 150 person multi-national organization with customers including 3M, Compaq, General Electric, IBM, Intel, Motorola, Nabisco, Pfizer, Phillip Morris, and Whirlpool. In 1997 he sold Think Systems to i2 Technologies for nearly $150 million. He then served as president of sales and marketing systems at i2 until leaving to launch Vistaar in 2000. He has a BS from Bombay University and an MBA from Rutgers Business School.

Bill Beecher, Managing Director. Bill joined the Vistaar team in 2005, bringing operational leadership at a time of fast growth for Vistaar. His experience in managing growing organizations helps ensure that Vistaar rapidly develops in a sustainable and scalable manner. Bill worked closely with Sandy as an advisor and then as CFO of Think Systems. He played a key role in the company’s acquisition by i2 Technologies in 1997. At i2, he served as executive vice president of operations and was later named CFO. Prior to joining Think Systems, Bill worked in operations and finance roles in industry and practiced law. Bill is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and Cornell Law School.

Milind "MG" Gupte, Senior Vice President, Solution Design & Product Management. MG has spent over 15 years leading teams in the design, development, and management of enterprise class planning applications. His specialty is designing planning applications based on multi-dimensional OLAP technology. Prior to Vistaar he was Vice President Development at i2 Technologies where he was responsible for design and development of the Demand Management suite of applications. At Vistaar, MG has led Product Development and successfully designed and delivered the foundation for Vistaar’s Solutions. Presently, he focuses on solution design, product management, and associated services. MG holds a Master of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Shekhar Iyer, Managing Director. Based in Mumbai, Shekhar is responsible for the operations of Vistaar’s India development and sales center. He was previously head of the capital market fiduciary services division for Chase Manhattan Bank in India. He was responsible for creating, marketing and delivering products to corporate clients in 12 years with Chase’s corporate finance and global services divisions. He has 11 years of prior experience with the Bank of India, where he helped create a computerized credit information and monitoring system that later became an industry standard. Shekhar holds a Masters in Administrative Management from Bombay University.

Jim Peck, Senior Vice President of Sales - West. Jim has more than 20 years of experience in building and implementing successful sales organizations. His experience includes early stage companies such as Savvion, Saratoga Systems, and Vendavo. He has additional experience with public companies including i2 Technologies, American Software, and Amdahl/Fujitsu Corporation. At Vistaar, he is responsible for building a strong field sales organization and expanding the customer base.

Usha Iyer, Vice President of Presales. Usha leads Vistaar's global pre-sales team and brings over 15 years of technical and business expertise to this role. Prior to joining Vistaar, she was Director of Application Development with the Demand Solutions team at i2 Technologies. Usha has also held several engineering and solution development positions at Think Systems, which was acquired by i2 Technologies.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Maharashtra Institute of Engineering, Pune, India and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Memphis.

Alka Pradhan, Corporate Controller. Alka established and manages Vistaar’s accounting, finance, human resources and administration functions. She has more than 15 years of experience in accounting, finance and HR in the enterprise software industry. She was previously director of international administration at i2 Technologies, responsible for all compensation, benefits, immigration and accounting for the overseas offices. Prior to that, she was controller for Think Systems, where she managed the administrative, accounting and finance functions through the company’s inception, growth, and eventual sale to i2. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bombay University and a Master of Arts degree in English from Indore University in India.

Jason Robert, Vice President, Marketing and Alliances. Jason is responsible for Vistaar's marketing communications, product direction and business solutions. Jason leverages his expertise in the areas of pricing analytics, operations planning and deal management to help Vistaar clients achieve their goals. He has 15 years experience with enterprise software in both sales and product strategy roles, including positions with i2, Viewlocity, and Servigistics, in addition to a few early stage startups.

He holds a BS in Quantitative Business Analysis from Louisiana State University.

Andy Hunt, Vice President of Sales – East. Andy has 15 years experience in the software industry during which he has helped launch and grow sales organizations for several entrepreneurial companies. Prior to joining Vistaar, he worked with other early stage companies such as ProQuest, Information Advantage, Portera Systems and Vendavo, where he excelled in the areas of Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, BPM and Price Management. Andy also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at ServiceMaster for 10 years, where his experience using a data driven approach to Sales and Marketing Operations helped lead him to pursue a career with Vistaar Technologies.

R. "Swami" Swaminathan, Managing Director. Swami has a 20-year track record of building successful software operations, including four years with Think Systems as vice president of development and president of India operations, and five years with i2 Technologies as senior vice president of supply chain management and president of i2 India. He managed i2's first Global Solutions Business Unit, comprising over 1000 professionals worldwide. He has prior experience in solutions architecture, software design and development, and customer support. Swami holds a Master of Management Studies from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.

Bala Srinivasa, Senior Vice President, Business Development. Bala focuses on developing new markets for Vistaar. Bala has been with the company since inception and previously led product marketing and product management. He works closely with customers and is a frequent speaker at conferences and C-Level executive sessions on topics such as pricing, profitability, operations planning and deal management. Bala spent eight years as a Wall Street analyst covering software companies. Prior to joining Vistaar in 2000 he was partner and senior analyst at Pacific Growth Equities and has been quoted by leading publications including Forbes, Dow Jones, Investors Business Daily and Computer World. He holds a BS in civil engineering, an MS in physics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India, and an MBA in finance from the University of Toledo.
