Security

Our hosted solution suite incorporates advanced network security with multiple firewalls for perimeter defense, with real time intrusion detection and prevention.

We use SSL/TSL based line security with 128-bit encryption to protect your data in transit. This powerful encryption standard is akin to that used for your personal banking transactions.

Our software solutions use role-based access control to resources, objects and operations. We developed most components in-house to further enhance application security by reducing potential for "known exploits." Features such as logging, monitoring, and application-level validation of SQL queries are built in.

We use Kerberos-based security for authentication and all passwords are stored in a cryptographic format using one-way hashing. This approach prevents even our domain administrators from seeing your users' passwords.

We use industry best practices in terms of controlling access to operating systems, database servers, etc. Servers are "hardened," server passwords are restricted and complex (hard), access to databases are restricted and controlled, and OS versions are maintained at the levels recommended by their respective vendors.
