Job Description

  • Work with customers to understand their pricing business process, define/participate in developing a to-be vision, and create a delivery road-map for customer success
  • Gather requirements, develop detailed BRDs, obtain customer buy-in, verify solution, and track value delivery throughout the engagement life-cycle
  • Conduct analysis to support opportunity benchmarking and value realization, and communicate findings, educating customers on change management issues
  • Create clear, informative presentations/prototypes to demonstrate to customers the use of the Vistaar solution to realize business benefits
  • Work with technical architects to translate business requirements to map to product features for solution configuration and deployment
  • Establish and foster relationships with clients and within Vistaar
  • Willingness to travel

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years work experience either in a Pricing, Sales Operations or Financial Operations role, or in pricing-focused management consulting firms, or at other pricing software firms required
  • Experience in value benchmarking frameworks, tools and techniques will be an added advantage
  • Prefer industry domain knowledge in one or more of the following industries: High-Tech, Medical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Distribution
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to OLAP-based analytical technologies strongly desirable
  • If experienced in analytical aspects, demonstrated strengths in some of the following areas: price optimization, decision sciences, data-mining, customer segmentation analysis
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
