  • Sandy Tungare, Founder and CEO. Sandy is the driving force behind Vistaar's solution, values and culture. He is an acknowledged expert in sales and marketing areas such as product forecasting, category management, portfolio planning, pricing, and promotions. Vistaar is the result of his vision for powerful and yet easy-to-use analytical software that sales and marketing decision makers can use to dramatically improve business performance. Sandy has a track record of success. He founded Think Systems in 1986, building it to a 150 person multi-national organization with customers including 3M, Compaq, General Electric, IBM, Intel, Motorola, Nabisco, Pfizer, Phillip Morris, and Whirlpool. In 1997 he sold Think Systems to i2 Technologies for nearly $150 million. He then served as president of sales and marketing systems at i2 until leaving to launch Vistaar in 2000. He has a BS from Bombay University and an MBA from Rutgers Business School.
  • Bill Beecher, President. Bill joined the Vistaar team in 2005, bringing operational leadership at a time of fast growth for Vistaar. His experience in managing growing organizations helps ensure that Vistaar rapidly develops in a sustainable and scalable manner. Bill worked closely with Sandy as an advisor and then as CFO of Think Systems. He played a key role in the company’s acquisition by i2 Technologies in 1997. At i2, he served as executive vice president of operations and was later named CFO. Prior to joining Think Systems, Bill worked in operations and finance roles in industry and practiced law. Bill is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and Cornell Law School.
  • Shekhar Iyer, Managing Director. Based in Mumbai, Shekhar is responsible for the operations of Vistaar’s India development and sales center. He was previously head of the capital market fiduciary services division for Chase Manhattan Bank in India. He was responsible for creating, marketing and delivering products to corporate clients in 12 years with Chase’s corporate finance and global services divisions. He has 11 years of prior experience with the Bank of India, where he helped create a computerized credit information and monitoring system that later became an industry standard. Shekhar holds a Masters in Administrative Management from Bombay University.
  • Milind "MG" Gupte, Senior Vice President, Solution Design & Product Management. MG has spent over 15 years leading teams in the design, development, and management of enterprise class planning applications. His specialty is designing planning applications based on multi-dimensional OLAP technology. Prior to Vistaar he was Vice President Development at i2 Technologies where he was responsible for design and development of the Demand Management suite of applications. At Vistaar, MG has led Product Development and successfully designed and delivered the foundation for Vistaar’s Solutions. Presently, he focuses on solution design, product management, and associated services. MG holds a Master of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
  • Usha Iyer, Senior Vice President, Product Management. Usha leads Vistaar's global product management and marketing team, bringing over 15 years of technical and business expertise to this role. Prior to joining Vistaar, she was Director of Application Development with the Demand Solutions team at i2 Technologies. Usha has also held several engineering and solution development positions at Think Systems, which was acquired by i2 Technologies. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Maharashtra Institute of Engineering, Pune, India and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Memphis.
  • Paul Greifenberger, Senior Vice President, Sales and Solution Consulting. A strategic sales expert, Paul brings a rich background of over 20 years of sales strategy, tactical development, and team creation to Vistaar. His recent experience includes working with two Symphony Technology Group (STG) companies for over 8 years-- most recently as Executive Vice President with Symphony Marketing Solutions (SMS), a multi-shore consulting firm providing advanced analytical modeling services. Prior to Symphony, Paul served as the Business Unit President and General Manager of the Financial Services Business unit of C-bridge (NASDAQ: CBIS), before and after the company’s merger with eXcelon Corporation. In the late 90s, Paul was one of i2 Technologies’ most successful sales executives. As i2’s Vice President of Sales, Paul created a start-up business unit in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail. Paul is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s M.B.A. program and earned his B.S. from the Syracuse University Whitman School of Management.
  • Ajay Chidrawar, Senior Vice President of Professional Services. Ajay leads the professional services and customer support organization at Vistaar. Ajay’s team includes pricing and industry domain experts, solution delivery and customer engagement professionals. His team works with Vistaar’s customers to bring in pricing/industry best practices, deploy Vistaar solutions, drive user adoption and ensure value realization. His team also provides ongoing post implementation customer support. Ajay brings over 15 years of extensive enterprise software and business experience. Prior to joining Vistaar, he was Director of Solutions Marketing at i2 Technologies. During his 10 years at i2, he held various key positions in Product Management, Presales and the Customer Value Delivery organizations focused on solutions in the Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning and Supply Chain Planning areas. He was instrumental in i2's success at many of the Fortune 500 customers in the High Tech, CPG, Retail and Automotive/Industrial verticals. Prior to i2, Ajay started his career with Think Systems, where he played a key role in the growth of the company leading to its eventual acquisition by i2 Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Mumbai, India and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
  • David Glenn, Vice President, Optimization Group. David leads Vistaar’s global optimization group which is responsible for applying economic modeling, statistics, and mathematical programming to help Vistaar customers optimize business decisions. David brings over 13 years of experience delivering science-based solutions to top manufacturers and retailers including over 16 Fortune 500 companies. David previously worked as director of science services at Signal Demand and manager of science at Profit Logic which was acquired by Oracle. He has also held positions as assistant professor at the University of Illinois’ College of Business Administration and at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. David has an M.S. and Ph.D. in operations research from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in statistics from Utah State University.
  • Tim Andreae, Vice President, Marketing. Tim guides Vistaar’s corporate marketing, drawing from more than 20 years of enterprise software sales and marketing experience. Before joining the Vistaar team, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for MCA Solutions. He has also held roles as Vice President of Strategic Services at Profitlogic and Vice President of Consulting for Syncra Systems, both now part of Oracle Retail. In addition, Tim worked with i2 Technologies as Director of Supply Chain Opportunity Assessments. Tim holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Engineering from Columbia University.
  • Venky Subramanian, Vice President, Europe. Based in London, Venky manages European operations and customer success for Vistaar. Venky has a rich professional background, with leadership experiences ranging from corporate commercial & strategic roles to enterprise-wide operational consulting engagements with Fortune 100 companies. Venky joined Vistaar from Shell, where he recently headed up global business development for a new innovative green product line and led its first successful sale in Europe. Prior to Shell, Venky was with i2 Technologies in the US, where among other roles, he led several large engagements resulting in real value to companies through the use of innovative supply chain solutions across different industries. Venky holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, a Master’s from the University of California, Davis and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
