What Makes Dual Recognition Different

Plenty of vendors in enterprise software collect analyst recognitions. Getting called a Leader by both Gartner and IDC in the same year, though, is a different thing entirely.

These two firms don't use the same playbook. Gartner's Magic Quadrant is a deep, feature-by-feature product evaluation.
